That is a real pic. Maybe the car wasent in drive. Maybe they were just getting into the car and some person (probably a fan) ran up to 2pac and took the pic and pac looked quick. It probably says "9.8.96" cause that is the date is was released to the media

PHFO, It was made to promote BIG's album Ready 2 Die, But 2pac and biggie started feuding so, I guess 2pac thought "Fuck Big, Im not helping promote his wack shit". So thats that.

Best rapper besides 2pac. I have to say..............Vanilla Ice, I know Im gonna get flamed. But ever since he dropped the "pretty boy Ice ice baby 1991" act, he is releasing some of the best shit out there. BI-Polar is an awesome.

No its not. its like a Metal/Rap Mix. His stuff with Darkman,Chuck D,ICP,Wu tang Clan, is pretty good.
