2pac - the last few minutes

ok well i read an article
which was a step by step of the last 24hrs of 2pacs life
near the end
it said this
(september 7th 1996)
"They were listening to The Don Killuminati The 7 Day Theory very low in the BMW. At 10:55 PM, Tupac rolled down the window and a photographer took their picture at a red light. At 11:00 PM, they were stopped on Las Vegas Blvd. by Metro bicycle cops for playing his car stereo too loud and for not having license plates, which were in the trunk on his rented car. He was not cited and was released a few minutes later."
ok well so the photographer took the pic on sept / 7th / 1996 around 10:55 PM according to this article
9 / 7 / 96
in this pic (which is the "last picture of 2pac" ever taken) (which is the part where "2pac rolled down his window and a photographer took a pic of him at a red light" )
http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/smem/2pac/lastpic_time.jpeg
it says 9 8'96
which is sept the 8th 1996,
this could mean the article is a little off and the photographer took the pic around midnight therefore it would be the 8th, but everywhere i look it says pac was shot on the 7th, so this could lead the other way, meaning that the date on the cam that took that pic is fake??
there is also another pic, almost like the one above
its here
http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/smem/2pac/last.jpeg
it has no date
but it says
"CROSSROADS
This photograph was snapped
in Las Vegas less than a minute before Tupac was shot"
the same article says, he was shot around 11:15, is that true??
here's the article
"At a red light, on Flamingo Road, near the intersection of Koval Lane, in front of the Maxim Hotel two girls distracted Tupac and Suge on the driver’s side, and at 11:15, a white, four-door, late-model, Cadillac with California plates pulled up. Tupac had been standing up through the sunroof. Two of the four men inside the car got out and fired thirteen rounds into the passenger side of the car, from a Glock .40 caliber handgun. He tried to get into the backseat, but Suge pulled him down, and a bullet bounced off of his right hip boneand hit is lung. He was also hit in his right hand and chest. Suge was barely hit by a bullet, and suffered a minor head wound. Immediately after the shooting, the Cadillac went south on Koval. Suge made a U-turn from the left lane of Flamingo and sped West toward Las Vegas Blvd., "
the article is quite good its long and provides a lot of information im sure of is true, but some of it just seems off with other things ive seen on the net
thx

it said ""They were listening to The Don Killuminati The 7 Day Theory very low in the BMW"" then you said "Metro bicycle cops for playing his car stereo too loud and for not having license plates" im like uh.. lol do you mean this could be part of the shooting or something like it was setup for the police to stop them?
http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/smem/2pac/lastpic_time.jpeg - Thats probably not the original picture someone could have added that.
"Two of the four men inside the car got out and fired thirteen rounds into the passenger side of the car" - Are you sure they got out, I heard alot of things about the shooter was in the back of the car and shot ... Dont know though..

Every story you read from a diffrent source has conflicting statements.

yeh....i think thats really stupid...all these different sources giving different accounts of the incident
thats possibly another alive clue...why r the incident reports inconsistent and different, perhaps they were all confused, and no one knows the true events of that date?
Other stories such as the biggie shooting and other stuff seem to be same in all sources
