very good clue, propse
like u sed how can u live die and survive
sounds like him 96 too me
to live= obviously just alive
to die= shot in 96
to=survive=faked his death
with a story 2 tell=well there is more to what happened in 96 than meets the eye, complicated, so they is more 2 it.
good work
cant see how this can be dismissed as say a 94 theory, coz he didnt die and there wernt much 2 survive he was out the next day,not much story either, quite straight forward.

Maybe he means, to live and die in LA, and survive. Iv'e noticed before that Pac sometimes missed out words in his rhymes cause he rapped so fast. It's known fact that he sometimes had to go over songs a couple of times and spit the words that he missed over the gaps in the song to complete sentences, maybe he just missed that word by accident.........I dunno, just a possibility.
Re: Late Night Clue.. Posted: 23 Jul 2003 07:52 AM
wow good lookin!
u missed something though. If you keep listening he refers to the 96 shooting.
Money and multiple gunshots are shown
Large amps are blown
Niggaz in low-lows, pursuin mo' hoes, then go home
The life of a California star
And when you see me in the drop-top Jag
How many niggaz wanna be me?
Game is automatic
Mandatory I sell
To Live and Die, I survive, but with a story to tell Cause when you gettin some riches
Watch for dumb bitches
They have you labeled a rapist before you get to tongue-kissin
right here he is telling us to watch for them bitches tryin to get their hands on your money. He is obviously talking about the woman who accused him of rapin her. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON HE WOULD OF FAKED HIS DEATH. 1.She was the cause of his jailtime 2.Tupac could would rather DIE than go back to jail.
Oh and tupac1934 about waht u said about how he sometimes misses words in songs- while this is true, just sing in your head TO LIVE AND DIE IN LA, I SURVIVE, BUT WITH A STORY TO TELL. It doesnt flow right at all.
Also, after i wrote all of this, i believe he says to live OR die, I survive, but with a story to tell. That could make a huge difference or none whatsoever

dont you know your 2pac history? Im talkin about the woman that accused Pac of rape. This means the song was recorded after his release from bail. If you still dont know waht im talkin about go research it on another pac site.
And Marwan. I see your point. Im just saying what http://raplyricssearch.com/Songs/0,3505.aspx said, even though i changed the or to an and. If you listen for an or you hear an or, if you listen to an and you hear an and. Why does it gotta be so complex?

yea you are real high but yea @5mm i didnt get the clue either are you talkin bout that he raped the girl after the 94 shotin but that could be also why he is referin to the 94 shootin cause he says after he lives dies and tells a story about that girl
death comes in small packages in the mail
