At 2:31 exactly and this is no joke. You can clearly hear it. At that time. RL says Makaveli's alive but its camoflauged in there. You can hear the Makaveli's alive. Don't even say you can't hear it. Just play it over and over. You'll adapted to hear it and it'll click in. I couldnt hear it at first, now I can. Its a great song to put it in because it sounds like So I can fly till the end of time.

Maybe im missing the exact point he is saying it a..., but i just played it over and over and i cant hear him say makaveli's alive, post the part of it up here.

Nah i dont think it says Makaveli, just a mixture of the hook hittin the beat of different instruments, i thought i could hear Makaveli but definatey not alive, but i think thats the logical explanation

Its there. Trust me. Play it loud and listen closely exactly at 2:31. Whats happen is your paying attention to the first verse of RL. At that time he does say Makaveli's alive and then sings aliiiiivvvveeeeee. Its in a lower voice than the chorus. And the thing is its not in any other choruses in the song.

It's not the hool Im hearing. Its just silent. He says Makaveli's then he sings aliiivvvvvve. Its in a stretch. Thats why you can't hear. Im listening to it over and over too. It is a clue tho

Alright. I tryed. I guess you guys can't hear it. Nothing wrong with that. It doesnt phase me a bit tho. Well he is saying alive, but your also hearing the "so I can flyyyy till end of time". I didnt hear it at first either. He says Makaveli at 2:31 then at 2:34 he ends his part with allliiivvvve then till the end of time. He does fly but secretly changes it to alive. As you can see they song quite alike because of the i. Its not one of those songs you'll hear and hear the clue right off. Its a tricky one. Thats a perfect song to put a little clue in tho.

It doesn't say "Alliivvvvee" It says "Flyyyy" because RL sings "So I can flyyyyyy Until The End of Time", those are just lyrics you can find at any lyrics page.. no clue here.

YES, it is something to get mad over because too many people are posting clues without getting the lyrics right, or getting the story straight, which usually turns out to be a person's imagination gone wild.. Please, before posting, make sure you get your facts straight, thanks.

Backround vocals are not part of the lyrics. And besides that, the lyrics that sites have listed are hardly ever 100% accurate. Tupac did not write the lyrics pages himself, so their guess is as good as ours. As for this clue i havent even listened to it yet.

I do agree with Marwan. People don't do much research before they post, especially when it comes to lyrics. That makes it difficult to get your point across if you misquote the lyrics you are attempting to reference (and you all know it happens a lot on this forum). Also, people really need to proofread their posts. Sometimes I can barely understand anything in certain members posts. I understand English may not be everyone's native language here, but let's work on that spelling and grammar, guys.
I also agree with you too, MakaveliTrained2003, background vocals aren't often included in the lyrics, usually not at all. And if you guys want to go to a great respected lyric site, try http://www.ohhla.com. It's the Original Hip-Hop Lyrics Archive and it has all of 2Pac's lyrics. People can send in corrections if there are mistakes in the lyrics. It's definitely the best site out there, not many mistakes at all. Holla.

So you are saying that it's not "So I can fly Until The End of Time", which has been the same famous line repeated for years and years, now it has all of a sudden changed to something else? Man, arguing is so frivelous, you guys are incapable of hearing another perspective without deeming it to be wrong, I'm not saying I know everything, but I know that he says "Fly" because it's been a famous lyric for years and years and years, and only makes sense, and it's clear on more than one occasion, what more do you need?

I put this up because I know he says makavelis and sings alivvve. You can the vvvvv not the yyyyyy. Where does the v come from? Its the hook or anything. The don't put choruss lik that on lyrical site thing. Its secretly in there. Get a program cutter that with cut some singing out of it and prove it. He says fly and alive at the same time. Theres to voices that interchange. Im telling you you cant hear it because it camoflauged n there.
