'Sway' mentions both '2Pac' & 'Biggie' in article about Rap/Hip-Hop.
Sway was recently asked him most rememberable moments from HipHop, Below is what he replied to the answer:
“The entire early era of hip-hop with founding fathers Kool Herc, Rock Steady Crew and the ZuLu Nation. The string of events that took place at the time helped mold and set the foundation for hip-hop.
A ticket stub from the Fresh Fest Tour. The tour ignited a universal excitement across the country.
Run DMC’s first album. They motivated us to go after the same dream.
A tape of the first Wake Up Show with Tech. We had a voice and we got to speak about hip-hop as a whole.
2Pac and Biggie’s obituaries. There deaths brought a certain mortality to hip-hop.”
