Rare Tupac Interview
Davey D's web site posted this rare 2Pac interview from 1991. I thought this would be one of those quick post, but in listening to the 3 parts before posting them, I realized I was listening to history.
This is a real nice insight to Tupac. The first part opens with Hail Mary and then 2Pacgives his background. Then he moves into the concept behind his music. The first part is about 10 min. The 2end part explains why he refers to himself as the 'Rebel of the Underground '. Then he goes into the lawsuit against the Oakland Police Dept.. The third part 2Pac talks about the movie 'Juice'. He then talks about what hip hop is, talks about the Bay Area and Oakland. The end of the interview is about being open minded and mature thinking. This third part lasts about 17 min.
This is truely a great interview and I want to thank Davey D for sharing them with all of us. Check out his site at http://www.daveyd.com/ . Plus keep an eye on the staff blogs. I will put some bio information up on Davey D and the work that he does, as soon as time allows. I hope you like and learn as much from this as I did. This will be here for a short time but then it will be moved to the interviews section of the site.
